As part of a modified Design/Build team delivery approach, TruexCullins designed a new office building for the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC) in the historic downtown center of Winooski, Vermont.  The project was part of the first phase of construction of an ambitious downtown revitalization project spearheaded by the Winooski Community Development Corporation, and master planned by TruexCullins.  Within strict budgetary constraints, “green” design features were incorporated to maximize comfort and reduce energy costs.
