TruexCullins just completed a mixed-use redevelopment of a large portion of a city block located at the southern entry to the town of Hanover, NH, home of Dartmouth College. The goal was to reinforce and complement the adjacent historic downtown and residential areas. The 108,000 sf project includes an enclosed 36,000 sf, single level, underground parking structure and several unattached two, three and four story structures. TruexCullins guided the design, coordination and budget of the south block parking structure and the 68 & 72 South Main Street buildings.
