KING ARTHUR FLOUR
NORWICH, Vermont

King Arthur Flour (KAF) is currently working with TruexCullins to expand the retail, bakery, café and Baking Education Center (BEC) at its current 15-acre campus. The existing “Carleon” building, a 7,900sf wood-frame structure, contains the bakery and Baking Education Center, while the 19,000 sf “Camelot” structure contains the retail store, café and administrative offices, as well as a small studio leased to Vermont Public Radio.

The proposed expansion project will consolidate the retail store, café, bakery and BEC into an expanded and reconfigured “Camelot” building. The administrative offices will be relocated to new space prior to the start of construction. The site will also be enhanced to accommodate pedestrian, bicycle and commuter access with a new entry, courtyard and additional parking to create a destination experience for visitors and employees alike.
