A key centerpiece to the Topnotch courtyard renovations is the recently completed Norma's Restaurant, intended to serve as the informal dining experience for the poolside, spa, and luncheon clientele. In order to preserve the magnificent views of Mount Mansfield from the guest rooms, the restaurant maintains a low profile.  Its "V" shaped plan opens the view--the whole west wall of the dining room is mahogany-framed sliding glass doors and windows that open onto a stone-paved terrace, providing and indoor/outdoor dining experience in the warmer months. This project was a collaboration with Belle Maison Interiors.
