Verde at Topnotch is a multi-phase renovation and site improvement project. TruexCullins has designed two new buildings totaling approximately 145,000 square feet that will replace significant portions of the existing resort. The Hotel and new West Wing will house 80 new guest rooms, restaurant, pub, meeting rooms, and centralized laundry and support facilities, all designed to provide guests with a gracious and elegant five-star experience.

The Interiors Studio at TruexCullins has been working closely with Belle Maison Interiors to develop the interiors of the public spaces and guest rooms to 5-star standards. The 1 and 2-bedroom guest suites at the Hotel are designed along the three themes of French Country, Vermont Country, and Zen, while the adjoining West Wing Studios are finished with a contemporary interior. The execution of the design aims to provide a luxury guest experience with high-end finishes, unique and antique furniture, and magnificent mountain views. The large lobby, Great Room and Library all feature natural stonework, wood paneling, and dramatic lighting which welcome visitors to this elegant resort.
