Topnotch Resort & Spa is in the planning stages of a fundamental, multi-phase renovation and site improvement project. The last few years have seen the renovation and additions to the Spa, building envelope renovations to the North Guest Room Wing, and minor renovations to the Spa's interior pool. Recently completed is a new Restaurant adjacent to the Spa, and a landscape renovation including two outdoor swimming pools and hot tub amenities. Also bridging between this phase of work and the next is the demolition of the West Wing hotel rooms. The site improvements include grading, landscaping, utilities and access road improvements.
