The Westlake Marriott Hotel and Condominiums is an integrated mixed-use project in downtown Burlington, Vermont incorporating an 8-story 127 room hotel, an 8-story 32 unit condominium, a 6-story market rate housing block and a 221 car parking garage. The project is designed to reinforce the urban downtown fabric while at the same time maximizing the magnificent views from the site to Lake Champlain.
