This 1960s era residence on the shores of Lake Champlain required a thorough rehabilitation to transform it to a year round vacation home. A new two-story gable and an immediate opening to a view of the water introduce sunlight to the interior. Several sleeping spaces with baths and a large kitchen and dining area accommodate extended family and guests. A screen porch and second floor gallery porch provide sweeping views of the lake.
