& Partners Architects successfully met key requirements of efficiency,
economy and environmental sustainability for Vermont Law School, nationally
recognized for its environmental law program. The $3.25 million building
incorporates innovative and energy efficient features throughout and,
at $133/sf, is an affordable model of green technology. Oakes Hall
is one of the best performing buildings of its type in the country
in terms of resource efficiency.
