Truex Cullins & Partners Architects was commissioned by the University of Vermont to renovate and improve the existing dining facility located in the Harris Millis Residence Hall complex. The goals of the project included increased seating to a minimum of 400 seats, improved facilities for Summer Programs, enhanced and innovative Foodservice delivery, air conditioning to the dining facility and retaining the first floor lounge area. The existing dining area and serveries was extensively renovated and a new double height entry improves access to dining and foodservice while creating an inviting and interesting entrance to the facility.
