The existing facility was approximately 272,000 sf and the total size of the newly renovated and expanded facility consists of 340,000 sf. Design efforts focused on renovation, deferred maintenance issues and space and program deficiencies at the 50 year old school complex. Functional and easily identifiable separate entrances have been provided for all three schools as well as extensive site improvements including new parking, tennis courts, softball and practice fields.
