Truex Cullins & Partners Architects was selected by the General Services Admin-istration (GSA) of New York to undertake the design and construction of a new border station at Highgate Springs, Vermont. The $6.4 million project includes multiple buildings with a total of 40,000 sf and provides space for the diverse programs of the Customs Service, INS, Department of Agriculture and the GSA.
