TruexCullins designed a 33,500 sf residential facility to accommodate 56 students for Champlain College. Four bedroom suites are distributed throughout the three floors, each with its own laundry facility and kitchenette. In addition, each suite has a generous common room with abundant natural light. The first floor program includes a large public multipurpose room for meetings, presentations, and studying as well as a lounge with community kitchen facilities. Champlain College’s primary goal is to entice students to live on campus, offering them convenient housing with all of the modern amenities under one roof.
