Spruce Peak at Stowe commissioned TruexCullins Interiors to design the interiors of its new golf club house, designed by Zehren & Associates. The tight schedule and budget demanded a fast turnaround in order to accommodate the grand opening of the course. TruexCullins met the challenge by creating a sophisticated interior to complement the setting with spectacular views of Mount Mansfield. Since the facility is open year round, for golf in the warmer months and cross country skiing in winter, the interior design is flexible; the pro-shop transforms into a cozy warming place during ski season. The interior design is elegant yet informal, evocative of a rich Vermont vernacular.
