This 3000 sf home is intended to be net zero when constructed. The design includes photovoltaic panels which will power a geothermal heat pump system. The heat is delivered via hot water and circulated through radiant concrete slabs in the floors. The distinctive rotunda on the east is designed to celebrate the views of the mountains across the river in New Hampshire.
