TruexCullins teamed with WTW Architects of Pittsburgh, PA to design a new 186,000 sf student center for the University of Vermont. This dynamic facility incorporates multiple student services and activities under one roof; computer facilities, cafe, campus bookstore, 600 seat arts/theater space, 150-200 seat black box performance / meeting space, dining hall, and more. Design features include a four-story atrium and an outdoor ellipse located at the entrance of the building, offering a new gateway to the University. We are pleased to announce that the Davis Center has received LEED-NC Gold Certification. The theater and black box performance space will be constructed in a second phase.
