This project is the first phase of the master plan for the Sargent Block redevelopment, located in the downtown area of Hanover, New Hampshire. 4 Currier Place is a 35,000 sf three-story, mixed use commercial office building with a single 12,600 sf level of parking below grade. The project is a core and shell development that will flexibly support the initial and subsequent fit out of educational, retail, restaurant and office tenants. Green goals were established early on so that sensible and cost effective green strategies could be employed such that the building will become a model for resource efficient, high performance commercial buildings in the region. 4 Currier Place is registered with the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system and is anticipated to achieve a LEED Silver Rating.
