Champlain College's new Business Center houses faculty offices, conference areas, instruction spaces, the division of business administration, marketing and public relations, and programs in e-business and multimedia communications. The 23,500 sf center and covered pedestrian loggia, along with the neighboring college buildings defines a new campus quadrangle. Exterior brick and slate minimizes the building's impact on the site, and allows it to remain compatible with existing campus structures.
