Vermont Law School’s 110 year old Debevoise Hall serves as an historic landmark in South Royalton’s village center. While maintaining the building’s historic exterior integrity, we were challenged by Vermont Law School to make certain that the structure’s renovation incorporated a high level of sustainable initiatives. Environmental strategies included re-using and recycling materials generated during the construction of the project, improving thermal efficiency, high efficiency heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, minimizing waste. This 28,000 sf project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
